Head Coach of Auckland South FC

He has taken on a new role as the Head Coach of Sancta Maria College's first team. Recognising the enthusiasm of the coaching staff and players, Kevin saw an opportunity to implement a solid football strategy and leverage coaching techniques from licensed coaches to lead the school on a path to success.

In his first season, by focusing on the players' strengths, the team managed to make the playoffs and secured a commendable fourth-place finish. Reflecting on this achievement, Mc Afee remarked, "An incredible achievement for the boys after starting to adapt to a new way of playing late in the season." Looking ahead to the 2025 season, Kevin emphasised the importance of, the incredible training facility, a robust preseason, enhancing squad depth, and ensuring a clear understanding of the team's new and improved approach, which will be collectively embraced by the players.
